What would the world be without creativity?
Creativity breeds new ideas that can change society, it coats the world in color and vibrancy.
This is exactly why Media Design School and Billy Blue College of Design have joined forces to encourage creativity in young Australians in years 11 and 12. They are currently searching for the most creative, disruptive and innovative minds across Australia.
What are The Bright Awards?
The Bright Awards are a celebration of art and creativity. They are designed to encourage and recognize young Australian artists for their outstanding work across seven key categories:
- Graphic Design
- Web and Interactive
- Interior Design
Who can submit their work?
Australian high school students currently in Years 11 and 12.
What’s in it for me?
You get the chance to win $1,000 for yourself and $3,000 for your school.
When do I need to submit my work by?
Entries are open now until 1 December 2017. Assessment of submissions will take place from 10 December until 19 January. The awards will be announced on 20 January 2018.
How do I submit my work?
If you think you have what it takes to win then visit the official Bright Awards website. You will need to write 300 words explaining the concept of your project concept, approach, hurdles and final outcome.
