Katie Canteri Nutrition Academic
Dr Katie Canteri
Program director, Naturopathy and Western Herbal Medicine

Katie is a registered nutritionist, accredited practising dietitian and committee member of the Nutrition Society of Australia Melbourne Group.

Katie has a PhD in nutrition, focusing on dietary supplementation and metabolic syndrome, and has worked in nutrition for many years, with experience in aged care, clinical human research, skills education/presentation, content creation, support services and sales – experience she brings to her role at Torrens University. Her research interests include ageing, obesity and metabolic health, and public health nutrition, all of which are essential for future careers in health.
