Discover new insights into where a career in Hospitality can take you. Matt talks about his amazing 20-year journey in hospitality across the globe, life after being a student plus his not so common success secrets, which eventually got him his dream job as Group Sommelier for the Solotel Group.

He is now in charge of the commercial, creative and training aspects of the group wine program, which consists of 30 venues and 2000 staff.

This includes the award winning 1200 bottle wine list at ARIA Sydney and ARIA Brisbane’s 700 bottle wine list, as well as the new multi-level business at Barangaroo House.
