William Blue College of Hospitality Management, a part of Torrens University, offers students a diverse range of bachelor degrees, associate degrees and diploma courses that specialise in culinary management, tourism and hospitality management. The courses are highly practical and innovative with a heavy emphasis on work integrated learning and industry experience.

The student-run restaurant, William Blue Dining has also recently been voted as Sydney’s sixth best restaurant (out of over 5,000 restaurants) by users of on TripAdvisor.

William Blue Dining, located in the heart of downtown Sydney, holds a strong and proud engagement with the wider hospitality industry. Even celebrity chefs such as Giovanni Pilu, Colin Fassnidge and Neil Perry have vouched for the school.

The restaurant allows for practical learning model which equips students with the necessary real-life skills they’ll need to be job-ready and appealing to potential employers.
