Torrens has a partnership with Adelaide United FC, in collaboration with their Sports Management Degrees, which benefits students looking to gain quality hours of experience in the sports industry while they study. Students can complete their internship subject, network with staff, and volunteer at Adelaide United FC, giving them a competitive edge in their careers.

Two of our Master students, Martin and Adriano, who are studying MBA Sports Management, had the opportunity to run National Premier League (NPL) match days at Adelaide United FC, which positively impacted their university and professional experience.

“Working with Adelaide United Youth showed real determination and persistence from the team. The NPL match days draw large crowds of excited and dedicated fans. This opportunity saw us utilize the theory we had learnt in class, on the field. From management of people and teams, to practicing diversity, it was a humbling experience.”
