8.30 am – 9.00 am: Registration and breakfast/coffee on ground level cafe.

9.00 am – 10.00 am: How to promote strengths-based team culture. Self-reflection activities to understand yourself and your leadership style. Introduction to strengths and discovering how can lead to engagement, productivity, and retention.

10.00 am – 10.30 am: Free customized coaching service on how to get the most out of your leadership style and optimize your team.

Understanding employees individual talents, behaviours and filters enables managers to align tasks, projects and KPO’s in meaningful directions. This allows employees to focus on areas they excel and enjoy.
