A Bachelor of Health Science (Aesthetics) equips you with a diverse range of clinical knowledge and skills, focusing on preventative skin health and anti-ageing dermal therapies. Work-Integrated Learning hours
You’ll be able to gain 65 hours clinical experience at an external organisation of your choice, and you'll also undertake 215 hours of Work-Integrated Learning at our student-led clinic The Practice Wellbeing Centre.You can source Work-Integrated Learning opportunities, including placements, through our Careers Connect database, all vetted for quality and relevance by Torrens University’s Learning Facilitators.

Before you begin your application to study as a domestic student, check that you meet the requirements listed below.
Year 12 (Australian secondary school certificate) or equivalent
OR
Successful completion of a Vocational qualification (AQF Level 4), or above, or equivalent, from a registered training organisation (RTO)
OR
Successful completion of at least 0.5 EFTSL at AQF level 5, 0.25 EFTSL at AQF level 6 or above, or equivalent
The below is an alternative option
Work and life experience with successful completion of Year 10 or equivalent.
AND
A minimum of three years of full-time relevant, cognitive work experience (demonstrated by a resume.)
