Our network of founding partners
Founded in 2013, Torrens University was established through partnerships with leading education providers across Australia, each contributing established expertise and academic heritage. These partnerships continue to inform our courses today, ensuring they are grounded in industry practice and aligned to the needs of employers, while giving students access to a broader network of knowledge, experience and opportunity.
Design
Our Design faculty is delivered through Billy Blue College of Design, bringing together the curriculum and academic heritage of Billy Blue and CATC to deliver design and creative media courses aligned to current industry practice.
Hospitality
Our Hospitality faculty builds on the legacy of Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (BMIHMS) and William Blue College of Hospitality Management. Today, Hotel Management courses are delivered through BMIHMS.
Business
Torrens University Business School brings together the academic heritage of Chifley Business School and APM College of Business and Communication, delivering a curriculum aligned to current industry needs.
Health
Our Health faculty is grounded in the heritage of Australia’s established health schools, with expertise spanning natural therapies to counselling, preparing graduates for professional practice.
