Research Fellow and Senior Lecturer
Heinz was named the Most Inspirational MBA Lecturer in Australasia for 2023 by MBA Australasia, the professional body for MBAs in the region. An active member of various scientific and editorial boards, he has a research focus on business, competitive bidding and artificial intelligence. He is a CEO with more than 25 years of experience in technology, media and telecommunications, including commercial and not-for-profit board director roles. Heinz also maintains his industry engagement through ongoing consulting projects.

Senior Lecturer, Subject Coordinator and HDR Supervisor
Arezou was named the Most Inspirational MBA Lecturer in Australasia for 2024 by MBA Australasia, the professional body for MBAs in the region. Arezou earned a PhD in Business Analytics and Information Systems and a double Master of e-Commerce and Marketing. She has extensive professional and academic experience in telecommunication, oil and petrochemical, and higher education sectors. She also holds the Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE) in Management, Innovation and Technology from MIT University and is the only Australian academic member of the Global MIT ACE Network. She is an active member of several other international associations and has received numerous awards and fellowships.

Prior experience has been gained as Director (Australian Institute of Sport Management, Australian Paralympic Committee), CEO or General Manager (Australian Paralympic Committee, Rowing Australia, Surf Lifesaving Australia), and Senior Management roles (Director, Campus Wellbeing and Engagement at Macquarie University), plus in customer service (Banking). Hobbies include sprint running and surfing.
