William Blue College of Hospitality Management

“In my fourth week of my first trimester, William Blue got us to volunteer at the Taste of Sydney Festival and on the last day of the festival I got the job at OTTO in Woolloomooloo, where I am now.”

Lauren Coulter | Bachelor of Business (Hospitality Management)

William Blue College of Hospitality Management, in The Rocks, Sydney, is a leading Australian private hospitality college offering Bachelor degrees and Diploma courses that specialise in commercial cookery, tourism and hospitality management.

The college focuses on giving its students practical and innovative hospitality management education, with all courses taught on campus, and providing work placements with over 80 global industry partners.

William Blue is well known and respected for its strong engagement with the wider hospitality industry, largely due to the operation of William Blue Dining as well as through connections with celebrity chefs such as Giovanni Pilu, Colin Fassnidge and Neil Perry.

For 25 years, the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (BMIHMS), in the township of Leura in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney, has been launching the careers of thousands of hospitality management graduates through a range of hospitality courses in one of the fastest growing industries in the world.

BMIHMS opened its doors in 1991 and is recognised by the industry as the number one hotel management school in Australia and Asia-Pacific (Taylor Nelson Sofres Survey, 2017). Now part of Torrens University Australia, the school will bring even greater global career opportunities for students within an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Both the Bachelor of Business (International Hotel and Resort Management) and Bachelor of Business (International Event Management)courses are completed across both our Leura and Sydney–Town Hall campuses
