Bridget Loudon

Bridget is an entrepreneur and business leader. Bridget cares about technology as a transformative and equalising force in society.

Australian born, Bridget mainly grew up on a sheep farm in Ireland. She lived/worked/studied in France, Hong Kong, Ireland and returned to Australia at the age of 21 during the global financial crisis.

Bridget worked for Bain & Company in Sydney before the founding of Expert360 in 2013, at age 25. Today, Expert360 is Australia’s #1 skilled talent platform connecting more than 1000 companies with more than 30,000 elite consultants, project managers, data analysts and developers.

Expert360 has been recognised as a game-changing platform by, among others, Harvard Business Review and the Economist and, for her role in building Expert360, Bridget has won numerous accolades such as Forbes 30 Under 30, Women’s Agenda Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year, AFR Top 100 Women of Influence in Australia and FutureMakers list of Australia’s top 25 Emerging Entrepreneurs under 25

Bridget and her family also run a not-for-profit Science Education Program in Masiphumelele Township, Cape Town, South Africa. 

In 2020 Bridget was appointed to the Board of Telstra, becoming the youngest independent director of an ASX-200 company to date.
