Entry pathways

We offer a variety of different entry pathways to our degrees. Depending on the course, we may consider recent Australian Year 12 certificates, diploma courses, creative portfolios and student interviews.

Year 12 certificate
If you have a recent secondary school education and an Australian Year 12 certificate, you will be considered for admission.
Diploma
Torrens University offers a wide variety of diploma courses that provide a pathway to bachelor's degrees. Diplomas can give you a feel for university life without committing to a whole degree.
Experience, portfolio, interviews
At Torrens University, experience, talent and drive count. That’s why we consider creative portfolios for entry into our Design and Creative Technology degrees and conduct student interviews for entry into other courses.
