A dedicated and innovative education professional, Carmen combines enthusiasm for aesthetics, health and wellness with a commitment to driving quality training and education standards that reflect industry needs and prepare students for the real world. With 20 years industry experience, she has a diverse professional background in the aesthetics and dermal practice industry, supported by a work history in education, client services, product development, quality assurance and academic governance across industry, vocational education and training, and the higher education sector, perfectly positioning her to direct an industry-focused program.

Pam Megaw
Associate Dean of Health and Education
After completing her PhD in Neuroscience at La Trobe University, Pam conducted post-doctoral research at the Medical College of related Wisconsin, USA, studying circadian rhythms.
In Australia, she has lectured on human physiology and biochemistry and directed the teaching of physiology and pharmacology across all health-programs including Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy and Veterinary Science. Pam gained Senior Fellowship of Advance Higher Education.
