Produced by Torrens University Australia in partnership with Beyond Blue, this free online short course has been developed to enable participants to be more aware about the broader impacts of living with depression. We want to encourage people and communities to talk more about mental health, and engage those with a lived experience to be in conversations and discussions about recovery.

Open to anyone with a personal or professional interest in understanding depression.
