As the Head of an Academic Department you can apply your knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning. A tertiary qualification in education is required, along with significant experience supporting a Head of Department. Key responsibilities may include leading a number of teams through curriculum design, classroom pedagogy, assessment and reporting to improve student learning outcomes, management of academic, co-curricular and administrative areas, and developing, coaching and managing staff.Principal

A School Principal is required to be an open, approachable and visible leader with excellent communication skills to support staff, students and parents. Key responsibilities may include leading and managing school teaching and learning programs, creating positive learning environments, staff development and performance management, systems planning, resource management and commitment to educational reforms.Child Care Centre Manager
Run all aspects of day-to-day childcare centre operations.
Child Care Centre Managers are required to run all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Centre, whilst leading a team of staff. In most cases a Diploma of Early Education or higher qualification is required along with proven history of leading and managing a team of early childhood educators.
