Torrens University Australia, Think Education and Media Design School this evening proudly announced the change in its ownership to Strategic Education, Inc (NASDAQ: STRA) from Laureate Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: LAUR).

Making the announcement, the Chancellor of Torrens University Australia, Mr. Michael Mann AM said the sale marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
