Collaborating with Auctus Training & Education to create Community Services pathways

Torrens University Australia, in collaboration with Auctus Training & Education, is pleased to announce the launch of innovative new pathways for students completing the CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services with Auctus.

Auctus is a Registered Training Organisation that provides accredited qualifications from Certificate iii to Diploma level in Business, Community Services, Training and Assessment, Aged Care, Disability and Work Health & Safety.

Students graduating from the Diploma of Community Services at Auctus Training & Education will now have direct entry options into Torrens University’s accredited Bachelor programs, helping them gain more specialised skills and qualifications required for careers in counselling and community services.

Need for tertiary qualified community service professionals

“This collaboration with Auctus Training & Education, demonstrates our commitment to providing accessible and high-quality education in community services and counselling,” said Professor Brigid Mahoney, Program Director of Community Services at Torrens University Australia.

“Students will have better access to career pathways in sectors that are in high need of tertiary qualified professionals: community services, social work, mental health and counselling.
