Careers Connect

We are focused on employability, and Careers Connect is our hub for all things work. Find support, opportunities and resources to get you moving in a career you love.

What is Careers Connect?

Careers Connect is our digital career services platform. It’s designed to connect you with industry throughout your studies and beyond, whether you’re seeking a placement, internship or clinical observation as part of work-integrated learning, a paid job, a volunteer role or a graduate opportunity.

Register for industry expos, workshops and other events, search online resources, complete mock interviews and access resume support – whatever you need to improve your employability.

* Students enrolled in a partnership course will not have access to Careers Connect.

Learn from award-winning lecturers

Our MBA lecturers were recognised as the Most Inspirational MBA Lecturers in 2023 and 2024 by MBAus, the professional body for MBAs in Australasia.*

Fieldwork placements, internships and other Work-Integrated Learning

If you are enrolled in a Business, Design, Education, Technology or Health course (excluding Nursing), you will need to arrange your own work placements.

You can find a range of relevant placement locations in Careers Connect under the Job Postings tab. Additional WIL and placement resources can be found under the Course menu.

Before you start a placement, you must submit a completed Work-Integrated Learning Agreement via email at least seven days prior to your intended start date. The Employability Services team will contact you and go through the verification process.
