Frequently asked questions

  • Where are you located?
We have clinics located in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
  • How much do the services cost?

Please download our service fees based on your desired clinic location:

  • Do you accept walk-ins?
We may accept walk-ins depending on availability but recommend booking via phone or email to guarantee your appointment.
  • What is naturopathy treatment good for?
Naturopathy is particularly good at addressing digestive problems, respiratory problems, allergies, chronic fatigue, emotional problems, migraines, skin conditions, and menstrual and menopausal problems.
It is considered a holistic treatment that aims to educate the client to look after their own health and support the body’s ability to heal itself.
  • What is the difference between a remedial massage and myotherapy?
The main difference between remedial massage and myotherapy is that myotherapists use a broader range of techniques to identify the underlying cause of the injury, while remedial therapists only treat the presenting problem.
Myotherapists focus on trigger point therapy to treat existing discomfort and prevent further injury. This involves applying pressure to specific points of the body in order to reduce discomfort and tension. As well as massage, treatment may also draw on other techniques including cupping, muscle stretching and a range of rehabilitative exercises.
  • What is Body Composition Analysis?
Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) measures body composition based on the rate at which an electrical current travels through the body.

The Practice Wellbeing Centre has Therapeutic Goods Association-approved body composition analysis equipment. This easy-to-use equipment accurately measures body mass index, muscle mass, body fat, hydration levels and other important biomarkers. This testing is most commonly used for clients with a focus on weight loss or gain, obtaining peak physical performance, managing chronic disease risk and managing health proactively.

Body composition analysis takes just 15 minutes and is best used in conjunction with a full complementary medicine consultation where the practitioner can explain results and help you to achieve your health goals.
