Sophie Seeger
Senior Learning Facilitator,
I’ve been with Torrens University Australia for over 3 years, as a Senior Learning Facilitator as part of the hospitality vertical. I had the opportunity to launch the Masters of International Hotel Management program, at our Flinders campus and am proud to work for such an amazing organization. The experiences I have gained along the way have been so valuable to my career growth within the education sector, I have also continued my own studies, as Torrens University provides amazing tuition reductions to staff. Every day I work with dedicated and amazing co-workers from across the globe, passionate about our industry and student success. The organization has allowed me to develop both personally and professionally, and supports and encourages employee ideas and input to achieve success for staff, students and the University.
Vaughn Koen

I am proud to be part of this multicultural family of very talented people who truly cares about students’ and employees’ career success. We at Torrens recognise and acknowledge people for their achievements and ideas. As a person I have grown so much in an environment that encourages creativity, initiative, integrity and excellence.
