Dr Simon Pawson
Program Director, Hospitality, Tourism, Events and Culinary Management
Teaching for 15 years, Simon is an academic leader and researcher with two decades’ worth of experience in tourism. His areas of interest include business, marketing, strategic management, social/environmental justice and sustainable tourism. Simon has been an active researcher and social advocate in Cambodia since 2002 and is currently the Chief Academic at Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School at Torrens University Australia.

Pro Vice-Chancellor, Business and Hospitality
Gregory is a highly experienced executive, leader, consultant and academic. Greg has held a number of senior executive positions in the public and private sectors, including Senior Executive at the Queensland Department of Education and CEO of a licensed club. Greg has a doctorate in leadership development and has completed post-graduate qualifications in economics and learning and development.
