Bachelor of Psychological Science Scholarship
To celebrate the launch of our online Bachelor of Psychological Science degree we are offering a once-off full scholarship to one new student. Help with the growing shortage of professionals who support the mental health and well-being of individuals and communities.
Southern School of Natural Therapies Jacka Scholarship
To celebrate the legacy of SSNT’s Alfred and Judy Jacka, we are offering a full scholarship to new Naturopathy and Western Herbal Medicine students based in Melbourne.
This scholarship celebrates the legacies of Alfred and Judy Jacka. Alfred founded SSNT in 1961 with support from Maurice Blackmore, founder of Blackmores. Judy was principal at SSNT from 1974 to 1985 and chairperson until 1996. She is also the founder of Jacka Foundation of Natural Therapies, and is currently the vice-chairperson. Judy has published seven books in the areas of health and healing, plus many journal articles. Thanks to Judy and Alfred’s dedication to their work and SSNT, they will forever be pioneers in natural medicine.
David Jansen Scholarship
To honour the late David Jansen, founder of Jansen Newman Institute, we are offering a full scholarship to one new Health student each year.This scholarship honours the late David Jansen, who had a great impact on both staff and students. David was also co-founder of the Phillips Graduate Institute (formerly known as the California Family Study Centre) for training of marriage and family counsellors in Los Angeles. His bestseller How to Build an Enduring Relationship is now in its 13th printing.
Graeme Murray Scholarship
Graeme Murray had a long-standing contribution to student learning across various capacities at Torrens University Australia over a long time. His energy, enthusiasm and deep care for his work resonated with everyone he encountered. In addition to being hardworking and passionate, he always went above and beyond all expectations of his job. His positivity and drive have inspired many.
