Wedding Planner

Wedding Planners work closely with clients to ensure their special day goes ahead without a hitch. In this role, you need to be especially sensitive to the needs, budget and creative vision of each couple. Forging relationships with a broad array of suppliers and venues means you’ll always be prepared to make those dreams come true.

What does a Wedding Planner do?

Conduct initial consultations to determine the shape and scope of the big day
Negotiate contracts with selected vendors, handling payments as required
Organise back-up plans in the event of unforeseen circumstances
Arrange for supplies and equipment to be transported to the venue in a timely manner

Promotions Manager

Liaise with sponsors for funding and add-ons, and ensure the world is aware of what you’re planning.

As a Promotions Manager, you’re responsible for building awareness and driving registrations, ensuring the target audience knows an event is taking place and wants to be there. You will spend a significant amount of time building relationships with sponsors, offering them exposure in exchange for funding or value-adds that enhance your event.
