At Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, you’ll gain experience from day one. We have also developed industry-leading virtual reality and extended reality to further deepen what’s learned inside the classroom.

At our Leura campus, Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School students study and train in an immersive simulated hotel, giving you practical experience in a controlled environment.

Culinary and Hospitality students can work at our award-winning student-led restaurant, William Blue Dining. This restaurant, in Sydney’s historic The Rocks district, is open to the public and gives you a chance to develop your skills in all aspects of a career in restaurants, from menu planning and chef work to waiting tables and bartending.
