Torrens University Wage Remediation Program
Torrens University is developing a wage remediation program following the finalisation of legal proceedings relating to the interpretation of “associated working time” under the Higher Education Industry (Academic Staff) Award.
Impacted current and former staff will be sent separate communications outlining what the outcome means for them, the process and arrangements that will apply, and, where relevant, the remediation process and next steps.
We are prioritising this work and are committed to completing this process as soon as possible.

We will confirm the applicable review period, any identified eligible remediation and individual payment arrangements as part of the remediation process.
