Vogue Australia and Billy Blue have a long-standing partnership founded on a mutual love of design, innovation and fostering emerging talent in the Australian creative industries. That's why we launched the Vogue Australia Design scholarship.
We have 2x scholarships available for individuals looking to commence their studies in our T2 2024 intake, commencing 3 June.

Eligibility criteria
The scholarship is open to new domestic students who want to study one of the following courses:
1x scholarship available for:
- Bachelor or Diploma of 3D Design and Animation
- Bachelor or Diploma Branded Fashion Design
- Bachelor of Communication Design
- Bachelor or Diploma of Fashion Marketing and Enterprise
- Bachelor of Interior Design (Commercial)
- Bachelor of Interior Design (Residential)
- Bachelor or Diploma of UX and Web Design
- Diploma of Graphic Design
- Diploma of Interior Design and Decoration
- Diploma of Photography and Photo Imaging
- OR a Master of Design
1x scholarship available for:
- Bachelor of Architectural Technology

- Please fill out the application form. As part of your application you will need to:
- Create your very own Vogue Australia or Vogue Living cover design and provide a 100-word supporting rationale. The cover design can take any form (e.g. animation, hand sketched, moodboard etc.) and is your opportunity to show the panel your skills and unique design style or perspective.

What are the selection criteria?Depending on the scholarship, selection criteria may include academic merits, transcripts, portfolio submissions, written submissions and Torrens University internal applications.

Can I apply for multiple scholarships at the same time?Yes, you can apply for multiple scholarships at the same time. However, if you are successful with more than one, you are only allowed to choose one scholarship for your enrolment.

Do I need to renew my scholarship each yearIf you are successful in obtaining a scholarship you do not need to renew it. It will be automatically rolled over each year until you finish your course.

What happens to my scholarship if I take a leave of absence?If you take a leave of absence, your scholarship will be reactivated upon your return to your studies. You do not need to reapply.

Do I need to reapply for a scholarship if I withdraw from my course?Yes, if you are awarded a scholarship and you withdraw from your studies, your scholarship will be cancelled. If you wish to return to study, you will need to re-apply and go through the review and selection process again.

Who is eligible to apply for a domestic student scholarship?To apply for a domestic scholarship, you need to be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or New Zealand citizen, or hold a humanitarian visa.
