Elise Hofman Bachelor of Business International Hotel and Resort Management headshot
My first placement was at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne working as a Banquets Attendant, and what I learnt about team work to this day was invaluable. I saw how important the way a team operates together, listens to each other and problem solves when faced with challenges can be so crucial to the overall success of the business.
