To add to this legacy, Billy Blue College of Design at Torrens University Australia champions its fearless graduates by showcasing their work to industry leaders and design aficionados at an annual graduate exhibition.

More than just a graduate exhibition INTRO provides a framework of activity that connects industry, students and alumni, and a space where incredible connections and fledgling relationships can take seed.

What is INTRO?

As a truly national event dedicated to our graduating students and their allies, INTRO is taking place in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane simultaneously on Thursday 8 December this year. It is also a celebration of the wider design and creative technology industry for our industry partners.

“INTRO is a showcase of what's been achieved, but more importantly, what lies ahead,” said Nathan Scoular, Academic Director, Industry, at Torrens University. “It's an opportunity for industry, our students, and guests to come together at each of our campuses and collectively celebrate the individual success stories of our students and alumni.”

Professionally, INTRO offers that vital connection and bridge for students transitioning to industry, the perfect way to shine a spotlight on their work, their achievements, and an opportunity to introduce themselves to industry face-to-face at the exhibitions and on a national and global scale via the online website platform.

At Billy Blue College of Design, we have emerging designers taking control of their own professional development in work studios and professional learning experiences that mirror the places in which they will work after they have completed their educational journey with us.

Throughout their journey, graduates have worked with practicing designers and dedicated lecturers to evolve into innovative thinkers, ambitious new design leaders, agitators and game-changers well-prepared to make their mark.
