She is the author of The Art of Getting Business Analysis Done and writes regularly on business analysis, AI, and career development. Driven by a commitment to practical, industry-relevant teaching, Maria's work focuses on the real-world application of Artificial Intelligence in project delivery, equipping students and professionals alike with the skills and confidence to thrive in modern organisations.

He is a Member of the International Biometric Society and is recognised as a Graduate Statistician by the Statistical Society of Australia. With a strong foundation in the banking and finance sector, Arjun has spent the past two years with Torrens University. As a Data Analyst by trade, he loves imparting his analytical experience and knowledge to his students. By balancing his corporate and academic backgrounds, Arjun strives for authenticity in his teaching, sharing invaluable industry insights to help students appreciate data from a true scientific perspective.

He has led complex programs in financial crime (AML/CTF), digital payments, and data transformation, including senior roles at National Australia Bank (NAB).
