He optimises business by accounting for social justice issues, and delivers industry and policy advice on using accounting practices to improve the design and implementation of Reconciliation Action Plans. In consulting chartered accountant roles, Hayden has provided financial and operational performance analysis, analytics and advice to hundreds of organisations across the globe.

Professor Khimji Ravji Vaghjiani
Senior Learning Facilitator, Business Analytics
Khimji has more than two decades’ experience with technology management and commercialisation across banking, telecommunications and manufacturing industries. He has gained global recognition as director of a world-class technology centre. In 2010, he was named Australian Innovator of the Year and awarded the Australian International Design Award for his innovative solar off-grid product. Khimji has also worked with global enterprises, authored a book titled "The Spiritual Journey of an Entrepreneur", and taught innovation, entrepreneurship and engineering at universities around Australia.

Raj Dalal
Learning Facilitator, Business Analytics
Raj has extensive advisory, technology consulting and business development experience from more than 25 years working at leading IT organisations. His areas of specialty include CRM/ BI, enterprise architecture, managed services and IT security. Raj is a trusted authority for some of Australia's largest public sector and commercial organisations. He is renowned for delivering data-led business innovation and crafting value-building digital strategies using data and AI technologies and techniques.

Professor Ali Mirjalili
Senior Learning Facilitator, Business Analytics
Ali is internationally recognised for his advances in nature-inspired artificial intelligence techniques. With more than 300 publications to his name, he is one of the most influential AI researchers in the world; in 2021, The Australian named him Australia’s top researcher in the fields of AI, evolutionary computation and fuzzy systems. He is a senior member of IEEE and is an associate editor of leading AI journals, including Neurocomputing, Applied Soft Computing, Applied Intelligence and Decision Analytics.
