What is a Graduate Diploma of Business Information Systems?

The Graduate Diploma of Business Information Systems builds on specialist knowledge in using technology for business analysis purposes. It covers data management, systems analysis and design, requirements engineering, cloud-based micro services, ethical decision-making and strategic planning.
This graduate diploma is designed to meet the changing business environments in which you aspire to work and manage. This course provides a solid standalone qualification to prepare you for a career in the field as well as a pathway into the Master of Business Information Systems. To qualify for the Graduate Diploma of Business Information Systems, you will complete eight core subjects (80 Credit Points).

Subjects and units

This course comprises of 8 core subjects. Each subject involves 10 hours of study per week, comprising 3 hours of facilitated study and 7 hours self-directed study.

Successful completion of a Bachelor degree (AQF Level 7) in any discipline

Seven years of professional, administrative or managerial work experience. Your application will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Successful completion of Graduate Certificate of Business Administration.
